Dorset Theatre Festival is committed to offering children in the Southern Vermont community the chance to experience professional theater productions designed with them in mind. Partnering with local individuals and businesses, the Festival presents at least one piece of children's programing each summer that is accessible and affordable for all families who wish to attend.

As a special bonus, after each performance, DTF invites ticket holders to meet cast members, take a special tour of the stage, and get a glimpse of what happens behind-the-scenes at the Playhouse.

Now a major motion picture! Wes Anderson, in his first animated film, adapted this classic story to the big screen. It delighted audiences, dazzled critics and built upon the foundation of a fantastic tale!

When Mr. Fox steals one chicken too many Three Farmers, just about the meanest men you will ever encounter, decide the only cure is to rid themselves of Mr. Fox by any means possible. But, the ever- clever Mr. Fox has other plans! Outwitted at every turn, the farmers' ploys backfire, and all the animals celebrate a feast at their expense.
